Andy Stouder - Minister to Youth

ENGAGE STUDENT MINISTRY

ENGAGE is the name of the student ministry at Hephzibah Baptist. Mr. Andy leads the students in Bible study, prayer, and worship. The students have an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company through various activities that promotes the building of relationship with one another and with Jesus Christ. We are currently using a year long Bible study series call “The Thread”. This study follows the thread of the Gospel as it is found throughout the entirety of the Bible. Along with the study, daily devotions are provided to help students remained engaged in Scripture and prayer. We also use a system that encourage the memorization of Scripture.

ENGAGE is for students in grades 6th – 12th.

A number of incentives are given to students to help encourage attendance each week, bring visitors, memorize Scripture, and attend Sunday School. More information about the incentives are given below.

ENGAGE meets each Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Special gatherings take place throughout the year such as a Youth Retreat during a weekend in the Fall and at least one fun day trip during the Summer.

Additionally, separate Sunday School classes are available for Middle School and High School students at 10 AM on Sundays.

Our weekly meetings take place at the Youth House, which is located in the building directly behind the Church.

Sunday School also meets at 10 AM in the Youth House.
